A: Our cloud deployment supports virtually all enterprise emails, including Exchange Online, Office 365,
G Suite, or webmail by hosted webmails such as GoDaddy. If your email is not included,
feel free to contact us to confirm eligibility.
A: Cloud activation is simple and takes just 5 minutes. You will need access to your email admin account.
You have the choice of a) using an automated install script, b) configure settings yourself by following
a step-by-step instructions PDF, or c) schedule a complimentary onboarding call with one of our support
staff to activate the service for you. In all cases, we will pro-rate your service period to ensure you
receive the full service you paid for after your service is activated.
A: You are signing up for an annual subscription that renews each year unless you choose to cancel
30 days prior to the renewal date. You may send us your intent to cancel your subscription anytime
prior to that date by emailing email@example.com.
